
Click the “Replace” button to replace just one instance or “Replace All” to edit that text everywhere it appears. Type something into the “Replace with” box, such as the correct spelling of the executive’s name. Type something to replace in the “Find what” box, such as an executive’s first name. Press the “Ctrl-F” keys to open the “Find and Replace” window. Type the editorial comment in the yellow sticky note field. Click the “Review” tab, then click “Insert Comment.” A yellow sticky note will appear and the commenting bar will open on the side of the document.
